This piece is based on Jude 1:17-25 and feels like rain on a sunny day. As I created it, I pictured Psalm 133, our praise rising like condensation, gathering in the clouds to release rain. Our praise is collected by the Lord to shower us with His blessings, His Son. What some might see as disappointment or frown upon (rain) is actually our hope. The One who died offers eternal life. At the center of the painting is the figure of Jesus—unexpected for those not looking for Him, yet catching the attention of all who see.
